Wood arches are prone to natural tension, which can cause warping. To solve this, we use a sophisticated three-layer lamination process:

We reject harsh chemical varnishes. The interior timber undergoes a 5-layer coating of natural wood wax oil (refined linseed and palm wax). The pigments are so pure they meet food-grade standards. No. Our three-layer solid wood construction (one solid surface piece + two finger-jointed inner layers) relieves internal tension. It is then sealed with 5 layers of natural wood wax oil, which locks in moisture and prevents UV damage.
